 Parcel deliveries are exploding. No industry as old as this one is growing as quickly. It’s expanding at five times the pace of GDP growth. Double-digit growth year on year. Parcel services are operating globally at their capacity limits and the technologically outdated "last mile" is causing 50% of their costs.
 The Problem
 We're increasingly ordering basic everyday items online – be it clothes, toothbrush heads or a new shower curtain. Services like Amazon One Click and Zalando are driving this trend. The convenience of ordering online is sadly all-too-often lost chasing missed deliveries. The traditional delivery models have become too inflexible for our modern lives. The Solution
 We're building a flexible crowd delivery platform which actually gets parcels to customers. We're app- centric. We know where you are, and we know where your parcels are. We combine this information to deliver only when you're actually available. Smart AI balances the system and keeps everything running smoothly. We bundle the existing delivery services. We create a new short distance layer for the final delivery, contributing to reduced emissions, traffic congestion and the smart city vision. Target Group and Customer Benefit
 We're targeting busy and social customers – customers always on the go. Customers who don't want their lives restricted by time-window deliveries. We offer these customers the ultimate convenience. Their parcels "magically" appear shortly after they get home - no active intervention needed. Competition
 Our product stands in competition to other additional delivery services (parcel boxes, delivery to the office, time window deliveries, etc.). The platform itself competes with services such as Amazon Flex, recently launched in Berlin.
 Competitive Advantage
 We're independent of the incumbent delivery services, even creating a win-win solution by reducing their delivery costs. Real time data enables adaptive delivery. An asset-light approach allows for national and international scalability. The use of AI automated regulations keeps personnel costs low.  Finance Plan and Milestones
 A prototype is under development. A POC will be launchen within July 2018. With a successful seed investment we will rollout the solution to Stuttgart end of 2018. VC financing rounds are planned for the domestic and international roll-out.
